Responsibilities:

• Manage client campaigns from end-to-end
• Support sales team by designing proposals, I/Os, and other relevant deliverables
• Manage outside vendors and contractors
• Work with online trafficking team to ensure timely and optimal campaign launches
• Provide updates and final reporting to clients and respond to client queries
• Customer retention

Qualifications:

• College degree required
• 1+ years experience in online advertising, ad operations or other ad-related experience
• Firm understanding of online advertising and agency world
• Account management or sales support experience
• Superior time management and prioritization practices
• Strong presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills
• CREATIVE
